Stuff like this, I dont think you'll use enough to buy one. Lots of parts
stores (Pep Boys ,for instance,) will lend you tools for free, you just
need to charge the deposit to your credit card, and it gets refunded when
you return the tool. I rented a vaccum brake bleeder pump there when I
replaced my MC, much cheaper than buying one and a lot easier than the
2-person pump-and-open-valve routine.
