Only the 1981-early 1983 Sciroccos had small air flow meters. So later 
or earlier will work.

 and the second is: Is it only the Audi 5000 that has the
>enlarged throttle body, or are there any other cars?
***All A2 Golf/Jetta/GTI have the same TB as the Audi 5K
