Lots of different places.  Both Mark at Adirondak and Mike at Virtual
World can get the lights.  I think Mike even has/had a special on the
Euro Scirocco bumpers...Rapid Parts was advertising them heavily a
while back too.  Does anyone more knowledable want to jump in with the
United Kingdom connection for Euro bumpers?  (But don't get your lights
from there, they 'point' the wrong way for us since they drive on the 
other side of the road)
