I agree with this. Valve cover gaskets and oil pressure sending units

This would be a dangerously incorrect assumption. I have seen quite a few 
leak oil AND coolant from the heeadgasket externally. In the corner, in the 
middle, wherever.


This is all of course IME. But as the others say dont go jumping to your 
headgasket being the culprit with out cleaning it and checking it out 
thoroughly before you do a headgasket.
