cams wanted for 16v

I am looking for some experienced opinions on a pair of cams for my "80" 16v 
. 

What have you tried and have you compared them to others ? Where is the power 
gain and or loss ?

I would also consider buying a good set of used ones or one(euro) . I also 
have some stuff for trade also. 

Also looking for a reputable head porter /machinist .
