new list member

hello I am a new list member and recently a new scirocco owner . I have owned 
a 78 scirocco in the past (first car ever) and now am the proud owner of a 
1980 black scirocco . A friend of mine in our VW club found this one stored 
in a garage nearby . The car is originally from CA and has only spent one 
winter driving so its chassis is very solid , something of a rarity here in 
MN . 

The first order of business was a motor transplant since the cam belt slipped 
on its way home . I also decided to take all the goodies off my rabbit in in 
the process.

here is a rundown of my car mods.........
2.0 16v from Passat
CIS-e from scirocco 16v 
TT dual 2" race downpipe and 2.25 exh.
scirocco 16v radiator W/expansion tank
scirocco 16v complete braking system W/ ss lines
Tokico illumina shocks
Old neuspeed lowering springs (H&R's?)
poly bushings throughout
rabbit GTI sway bars 
16v lower stress bar
Kamei rear deck spoiler
Karrousel Motorsports front spoiler  (anyone remember this place?)
euro rear bumper (cant find a front only)

Thats about is for now since the car has been running for 5 days after 2 
weekends to do the transformation. 
I do have a performance figure if you are interested ....

5 hours after the engine was first fired up in its new body I took it to the 
drags and ran a 14.9 @ 92 MPH 
The engine was dyno'ed in a rabbit to the tune of 126 at the wheels.
