'H' cam?

I'm sending what I think is an old 1.7L head off to the scrapyard in my
latest junker ('80 Volvo Turbo Wagon), but I want to make sure I'm not
throwing away one of the higher-lift 1.5 or 1.6L cams... it has stamped
on it (the cam, that is) "049" and then an "H" under it, and then,
further down the cam, it says, "613A"
	Anybody know?
