rim dimensions..

hey people, can someone help me out with trying to find the specs on
them old style zender rims that have a 1.5" wide fan all around the
outside of the rim, followed by a 1.5" flat plate followed by another
1.5" fan design and a big flat plate in the center?  does this make
sense to anyone?

	it's the old school type zender, at least 10 years old now.  i'm trying
to find out what the offset is, the weight, the dimensions (i'm told
it's 15X7.5"), and any other relevant info that may be had.  thanks for
your assistance.
