Fuel line replacing

Here's one for the xperts...

My fuel lines are going, going....  The outer layer on
all of them are now splitting (15year old lines[?])

How much does it cost to replace them all?  Is there a
kit available?  Not the metal braided lines from the
FI, just all those stinking rubber ones.
How many are there (rubber ones?) - to & from the fuel
filter, & where else?

My oil & coolant lines appear to be fairly new  (<5
years old) so I am not gonna mess around with them.

Oh, and as always it is on a 8v
