Rim & tire: 2 new questions??

Different opinions from some.  two questions:  Please help...

INFO...Yes, they are 16" rims.  The name brand is "KENTWORLD"
Yes, they are 205/50/16 rubbers.  The name brand is "GRAND SPRIRIT".   It
says "205/50/16   87H      Radial HR+4" on all four of them.   Yes, it is on
an 84 Rabbit, for my 88 16V to replace 14" teardrops.   I can get a good
dealon them, that's why considering them.

1.  Has anyone heard of these rims and tires?  If so, what do you know of
them?   I never heard of them, but the rims look really nice!

2.  Why are some of you saying go 195/50/15, not the 205/50/16,  some say go
16".  Either way definitely better than my 195/65/14.       Pardon my
ignorance, I undestand width, height, and size, but...how will my ride be
affected when driving on the highway at 80 or 90mph  with the 14" vs. the
15", and then the 16"???  What will it feel like??   What's best??
