Carb to FI?

Has any one ever changed their carb setup to fuel injection?  I am planning
to alter my carbed Rabbit to FI.  Is it difficult, worth my time, etc.?
Anybody with any info., please relate it?  Also, what do I need to tackle
such a project.  I guess it's gonna be a busy fall, winter and spring........
