PART FOUND! And minor questions..

Well guys I think I finally may have found a trans for my '8716v =
scirocco!
Now I need to do a few things at the same time while the car is having =
its tranny installed.
I need new break pads <--Sugestions?
A wheel bearing
New alternator belt and steering belt
New tires <--Sugestions?
Anything else that is common to go bad after sitting? It has sat outside =
for about 3 months without moving (since the trans was shot)
I also need to locate a perfect hood for the car.. preferably red.... I =
am also looking for a set of european headlights..
