So my Rabbit Convertible's weak 1.7l has been running like a piece of crap.
No amount of fiddling with mixture/idle/timing has been able to give me any
sort of power.  Plus, I think the flywheel was reinstalled at some point
180 out
of phase.  This was only making me even more anxious to get going on the
16V conversion.

Well, last night Brett V. and I put the fuel distributor from an '80
Scirocco on in place of mine.  Oh my GOD.  I have a Bunny that hops instead
of limps!  Yay!

...just thought I'd share my reinvigorated love for VW's.
