If you're careful, try heating it with a propane torch, I wouldn't try
anything hotter, propane is nice and manageable.   but then again, I'd
only use that as a last resort.   Try swearing at it a little more, then
torch it.   Oh, and don't forget, metal is conductive, I know you know,
but the heat always goes a little farther than you'd expect.
