I installed some H4's in my car quite a while back, but it wasn't 
until I relayed the headlights that I noticed the true difference.  I 
only used two 30 amp relays but still a HUGE difference.  So the 
moral of this story, even if you just upgrade to the xtra vision 
Halogen's I would suggest relaying the headlights to get the full 
benefit.
