I use the tectonics heavy duty front mount and a motor sport rear 
mount.  They work pretty well.  the MS rear mount is a little harsh 
though.  My keys rattle in the ignition you can feel the vibration in 
the car.  It is worth it, I never feel the engine rocking like it 
used to.  I don't think I would want all poly in a street car-it 
would be too rough for me

I have a poly front mount on my GTI, doesn't bother me. I rather like it- it makes
the clutch feel like it catches quicker and stronger. But it does make it a little
jerky at times.
My two favorite mods are:
1. gutting the cat (they're bad for the environment, make you get worse gas
mileage and less power)
2. Anti-roll bars (I have Neuspeed 22/28mm on the GTI)
