This won't work very well, because the beam pattern of the E-code lights is
very different that that of the dot approved lights.  I think
lighting.mbz.org   has a procedure.  Anyone who is interested in lighting
out to go to that site.  It has lots of great info on the matter.

Uh, OK.
 I didn't mean to say you'd expect to exactly match the location just that you
would use the previous locations as a general guide to aiming the newer,
better, more sharply cut off beam patterns.

Of course it's always best to have some practical, detailed, instructons.
