WD-40.  i have power locks and mine are the same way.  sometimes after
it rained it used to be very stiff.  i just gave a quick spray in the
slot where the key goes, and carefully let a little seep in between the
outside of the lock cylinder and the door handle (don't spray it here,
you'll get it on your paint and leave spots).  then just turned side to
side a few times, it freed up reel good...
