It's up to you, you're the one that wants it.  I will check out how much 
the shipping is, but the easiest would be if you sent me a prepaid 
thingy.  it's the regular size of the licence plate, plus the mounting 
brackets turn 90 degrees about two inches out from the plate.  it's not 
letter liget, but it will be very sturdy...
