No! This is wrong. The oil pumps ARE different. So are some of the oil
passages. the hydraulic head requires more oil to the top end and more
pressure. You DONT want all the extra oil in the head in a solid lifter,
because you dont need it, and could starve the bottom end. 
Another reason solid lifters are better. You have more oil for the
crank/bottom end where it's NEEDED!
