I got a fix for it. Mine was exactly like that when I got my Roc. 

Take off the door panel and what you do is you bend up (or is it down?)
the metal tab that the pull handle sits into. When you reinstall the pull
handle, it will be really tight. This is a good thing is its tight. Be
carefull because the metal tab sits on 3 plastic screw inserts. You can
break these and this would suck. You might want to take off the bracket
and bend it lightly in a vice to be safe.
