      Josh,
Both these tools are real good to have. Removing the preasure
plate without something to hold it(I'm assuming that's what the holding
fixture tool is for. If it's not, you need that tool too.) is a real pain
in the a**. I'm pretty mechanically inclined(It's what I do for a living,
not cars though) and I only lost three digits trying to remove the
preasure plate when I did my clutch:) Still managed to get it off
without the tool though
The centering tool is also super important! Think about this; You
spend a whole lot of money on shinny new parts, spend awhole lot of time
putting(sp? not golf) them in, and then you bolt your transaxel on with
the clutch plate miss-aligned. Now you're thinking "Well that doesn't
matter, the dowels and bolts should align my bellhousing
perfectly...Right?". But if they don't it'll be clamped down tight,
holding your clutch plate off center. This can put undue stress in
the input shaft and cause your clutch to wear out pre-maturely(sorry if my
spelling sucks, I was taugt to read by way of "foniks" in grade school).
Stop a minuit and really think about what will be going on inside that
bell housing if your crank shaft and input shaft don't line up. The
chances of this happening are slim but IMHO Iwouldn't take it.

Good luck with your prodject! Remember to replace ALL seals into
the bellhousing so you don't end up oiling your new clutch!
