Unless this is on a Honda, then I think you meant to say the exhaust is 
hitting the swaybar, right? What you can do is loosen the front and rear 
motor mounts and try and readjust the motor so it leans more fore/aft to get 
the clearance you need. My downpipe hit as well and all I could do was adjust 
it and it still hit a little. It eventually put a small dent in the downpipe 
and it hadnt bumped since. Go figure! :)
