I think there's value in putting up a few layers in front of the bulk of 
the thieves out there-thats all any of us can do.  I put in door handle 
plates, ignition cut, fuel cut, clutch lock and a decent alarm -thats the 
price I'm willing to pay for driving what _I want_ to drive, not 
something bland and nondescript. The inconvenience of turning these few 
layers on is nothing compared to the headache of having a car ripped off 
and totalled. How many thieves want to spend the time and have the 
experience to bypass the alarm, find and disable 2 cutoffs _and_ be 
willing toast the transmission to get it?  This ain't a Ferrari after 
all, so I'm guessing they'll just move on to something easier, like that 
defenceless Corrado a half block away from me.
