Ya, something to look at is the surface of the pulleys themselves. The 
area where the belts make contact with the pulleys get sorta polished as 
they get old. Mine make a certain amount of noise because of this. Ive had 
them off and sanded on them but they really need to be sandblasted to get 
a good smooth, but not polished, finish.
