Don't forget to put in some nice high rev valve springs!  You will also need
a whole new engine gasket set ($150 or so), good fasteners and studs 
(Raceware?) which are $100+ I think.  Start countin' your pennies..... read

Sell the Jeep!  That'll get you at least $20 grand!  Then you might as well
get a Porsche twin turbo engine to put in the Roc!
